The transition in the existing products that are there so if I haven’t mentioned a brand of paint that’s common in this market airbrush compressor, it probably falls under that craft paint category makeup airbrush kit.Because I’d rather not say the brand, so if you want to know the brand off camera you could stop by the badge a while technology because I don’t want to make any enemies anyhow so that the viscosity rule 2% milk is one of the key things, second thing is this OK stirred not shaken.Okay, and what I mean, by that is this what is the first thing you do when you grab a bottle, yeah whoo shake, shake cool and and the reason you’re doing that is because you want to get the pigment off the bottom of the bottom okay. And shaking, does that to some extent, but understand that what you’re primarily doing when you do this is simply moving pigment back and forth in base, okay you’re agitating the pigment you’re not really blending it with the base, okay couple things you can do.If you’re on budget constraints, you get little glass balls or bees or something like that drop in your bottle and let that swirling action of that little ball A B B A you know help with the blending process, now the thing that I recommend is replicating the way the paint is filled when paint is filled a there’s a constant blending process going on, so that each bottle.A is the same, so the pigment is equally disperse from bottle to bottle the bottle okay, so when you get this bottle of paint and the pigments settled.I am an advocate of using a mixer. The blender paint okay because this replicates what is done in the actual bottling and preparation of paint before it ever goes to the store, okay now there’s a very important proper procedure to doing this okay and that is to put the mixture in the bottle, turn it on, you want to get the bottom of the bottle, get all that pigment off gets it in the bottom turn it off.Take it out.You laugh I have a tie.True story badger Christmas party at the badger Christmas party every year, we do Christmas ornaments, okay and fortunately for me I was mixing white paint I had a time with santa hitting Golf balls into pine trees and stuff and sure enough I like dummy. Pull the mixture out of the bottle, perfect shot of snowflakes going across the diet diet, but in any case that’s the proper procedure for using the paintings now the benefit of using a mixer over the other methods shaking and using the ball is just. When you are done preparing this paint for use the pigment immediately starts settling.Okay, it settles much faster when all you do is shake it.Okay, because all you’ve done is moving back and forth, you haven’t blended it so it’s all just dropping right back to the bottom when you blend it it’s a slower process of falling back to the bottom about so if you use this bottle over three or four sessions, you’re going to have a completely consistent bottle of paint every time you use it I’m not doing that you’re gonna run into situations where you have a greater density of pigment, one time versus another because when you get to the bottom of that bottle, you pretty much can have a very concentrated paint and you may even have some problem spraying the remainder that paid because it’s so heavily.Pig method at that point so.That’s the informed paint the viscosity rule in shaking that’s third, is there any questions on paint. To get your viscosity incorrect either in one way or the other obviously if you’ve gone too thick you’re likely to have your hairbrush clogged you’ve gone too thin, you just won’t have the correct application on your paint, you’re not gonna get the coverage you like what do you do once you get pains in your air rush to fix it well at that point you want to shoot cleaner through the gun and get out of there, now, um in the case of paint to thin what you’re gonna most what’s mostly going to give you evidence of that is that the surface tension of the paint would be lost, it will pretty much hit the surface and run.A on it so that’s kind of your indicator that you’ve gone a too thin too thick you’re actually correct and you have to experience clogging with a way to do that is give cleaner loaded into the gun at the end of this we’re gonna cover clean we’re gonna do a quick cleaning demonstration with it and pretty much what you see there is what you want to do in that situation where you have to think you’re paid enough and you’ve got it in the gun and you’ve got to get out of the gun so so we’ll cover that for you FDA in the case words too thin. You know, hopefully you have offended the whole bottle of paint so that you know you’re still something that’s usual and that’s probably a good idea in terms of as you’re in the learning process and part of the learning process is how to prepare your paint, how to set your arm pressures and all of those good things you know it’s a good idea when you’re initially doing it to just kind of take a set the pain aside that you intend to use rather than using you know trying to produce a whole bottle of paint at once, do it separately, so you don’t end up lucia, hope, I’ll paint to the learning process.Yes, what do you what do you recommend to cut the pain with OK good question, and I should have moved down without mentioning it OK in the case of water based paints which is just about everything I’ve seen here, water is your theater.Um, if you’re going to store the paint to stillwater you’re not gonna use it all once you use it all once you step water.Vallejo is a shitty Dell, the um all the paints, I’ve seen here as I walk through our water bases a and the rule, there is if you’re using water bases you’re thinner water, it’s not wind X it’s not alcohol.Okay now.I know people make that recommendation, it’s not wrong for them to make that recommendation because it works for them okay, they make that recommendation after they’ve had fifteen years of experience and figured out the little idiosyncrasies that they want to do that will work for them as someone who stands in front of this room and wants to have a good general information for people that I believe to be starting off and wanting to get them off on the right foot I don’t recommend you add alcohol to water based paints.Primarily, first of all, because water based paints begin with a very quick drying paints, they tend to clog air brush more frequently, if you add alcohol to it, you expedite the drying time because alcohol dries faster than watch, additionally if you’ve ever had an experience where you use alcohol, um, add alcohol water based paints, you don’t get completely out of your brush before you move on, or are you finished for the day you return to an air brush, oftentimes it has kind of a gummy gunk on the needle and that’s because water based paints in alcohol they’ll turn into that.Okay, if they’re not properly clean up so I don’t recommend you put alcohol in your paint ten years from now you may be playing around you may say okay, I’d like to dry this a little bit faster, so maybe I’ll add a little bit I’ll go cool if that works for you, when that time comes, but starting out go with the stuff that’s gonna make you most likely to succeed and that doesn’t include adding alcohol to pay ammonia is not a paint thinner. Ammonia is a cleaning agent.Okay, our our cleaner is an ammonia based cleaner. You don’t use it to thin the paint use it to break down the paint.Okay.So don’t use when decks to thin your paint, no offense Johnson & Johnson but you can use Windows to clean your air brush there you go okay, we’re good now okay anyhow, but, um yeah, so alcohol and wood decks are not paint thinning agents in the case of water based paints water.Okay, a solvent based paints, if you use no.If the manufacturer doesn’t have a recommended thinning agent for lacquer thinner mineral spirits and that mineral spirits mineral spirits, clean agent, sorry lacquer thinner for thinning those paints but most of what I see you guys are using and producing things that are on display here using water bases, so fitting with what.Okay, any other questions on paint, um, which let me talk about cleaning agency who brought it up with your cleaning agents for water based paint in a pinch eyes a ion ammonia based cleaner. I’m one of the things I recommend when you choose paint brand look for paint brands that are going to give you tools to enable you to succeed what I mean, by that is, this is a look for paints that have retired six tenders tools that you can use to adjust the paint to your application and your environment.Okay, paint dries faster in Phoenix Arizona than it does in Chicago you’re gonna clog your air brush worn Phoenix Arizona than you will in Chicago so it would help you to have something to slow down the dry time of the paint in Phoenix Arizona so you don’t clog as much okay so an extended or retire is a very useful tool especially when you’re starting out.Okay, um, same thing with cleaning agents trying to choose paint brands that have cleaning agents, um that are connected to the paint because only that paint manufacturer knows the formulation of that paint. So he should be the one to provide the cleaning agent related to that paint that needs to be broken down and clean it out of your brush, your paint brushes okay so those are things when you’re starting out those are considerations to have as you’re choosing your paint brands and stuff like that you couldn’t deviate off later OK, but you have some fun and succeed with it on the frontend and that’s more likely to occur if you take any consideration simple points like that.Thank you for bringing me back to a couple points that I skipped over yeah, if you have how, where do you recommend for how do you recommend mixing your pains. To get into your obviously you have a lot of feeding.A lot of ting a air brush, you have a jar do you recommend mixing in that jar and then or do you recommend mixing elsewhere or in the case of the bottom feeder brush what you just said is what most people do they’ll they’ll pour their mix into a jar, just attach that jar of the air brush in the case of gravity feed air brushes that is the flip of a coin one of the longest debates I ever saw a former air brush dot cow was.In the cup.Or out of the cup and pour in the cup after you mix it because 50% of the people mix their colors right in the cup 50% get outside jar so you know that’s one of those things that I tend to think when you’re starting out doing it outside of the cup is better.Um for you, because of the fact that, um you know, in that cup, once you put in that’s it, you know, um, you either got to spread out and start over, um or hope that you got it right, so you know but that’s a personal preference, you know over time, you may change the way you do that, um I would think starting out logically, it’d be best to mix your colors before you put them in the air brush, but again I I don’t have a position, either way on that, but if I were in your shoes starting out I would probably mix before I put it into the air rush okay, how do you do have to be careful with the lacquer thinner damaging seals.I’m not in any air brushes, I’m familiar with.So I mean you have to realize that I want a rush Bashir Vs badger Vs third Chandler Brooks hotter steam bec they’re all used in automotive applications where they’re regularly in contact with urethane slackers stuff of that nature very volatile materials say.Um, they couldn’t work with those type of materials if they had all rings, they couldn’t withstand exposure to those.Type of things.Um, but again even in that example. I wouldn’t suggest leaving an air brush set for a prolonged period with something like so motivated critics put out the cleaner it’s actually two hours, so what they recommend.I’m not afraid of soaking air brushes, so I know people that have used it, it works, um I know other people who’ve used it and say my aura is gone. You know, so you know you gotta be careful with stuff like that, so I mean generally owre ings whether there are rushes or other things, if they’re seals a unless they’re designed specifically to be exposed to some type of liquid for a prolonged period, it’s probably best not to do that.SO.A really the only thing that I know that was stand set on a pretty consistent basis as teflon, most air brushes have buy time for a polyurethane seals it so most of my time now, which is a little more impervious to it.Sulking, but there still isn’t foolproof with entirely okay. Any other questions on paints a quick rule of thumb in the preparation, yes you talk about driving or charters was that a good way to prevent dry as well, it does anytime you slow down the dry time going back to the principle of your drying paint while you’re applying it, um, if you can slow down the dry time it’s going to minimize how frequently you’ll experience zip drive.Like zach, there’s a in the case of our pay, there’s a certain amount of the extending agent in the paint that actually would help set the actual dried type for the paint, now most of our paints are set up for general usage, you know so you grab a bottle, um, you know, um, do a nice base code of radiation and color when you get to the detail part of it I’d recommend you throw extended into the mix that slow down the drying time because a detailed application is going to have a greater tendency to clog air brush holder, never a bad idea all the major manufacturers have my water fish, a badger grex as one I think counter Steve MC has one you don’t realize you need one until you have an air brush full of paint. And you have no place to put it down so um err shoulder is certainly a good idea, paint mixer.Never a bad idea, you’ve already seen how it works. If you’re a bottom feeder brush user.Jar adaptors in sizes that are relevant to the paints you want to use not a bad idea because that way in instances where you’re not mixing colors, you just want to be able to catch a jar right to the air brush, you know there’s adapters and 2024 millimeter 28 millimeter 33 millimeter 38 millimeter and 43 millimeters, so whatever brand of paint you’re using there’s probably a jar adaptor that would enable you to go right from that bottle to the air push.Eyedropper lids especially if you’re a gravity feed user, you can actually store your paints in these okay, these are available in 33 millimeter mouse size can get some 33 millimeter vials, 33 millimeter eyedropper, ladies and nice for transferring color to air brush in the case of gravity feed air brushes back to the bottom feed users, if you ever have a situation where you’re concerned about the paint that you’re using and its ability to go through your air brush syphon filters. Okay. What this is, it’s a filter. They usually.Slides over the siphon, your air brush, it prevents material from coming into the gun that isn’t going to go out of the gun and then when you’re done with that, you just take it off some good hot water. To flush it out, get the paint to the materials to re-flow and clean it out, it’s ready to use again.Anything similar to that for gravity feed, no zehr is, but I can’t legally recommend it.Not there, there is a what, what I do know people do with their paints before they put in gravity rush if they have those concerns they’ll take nylons or something you know just throw them away don’t put it back in z Zhu accessories that there’s a lot of cool pose accessories that are on the market, now that are useful and they’re not just gimmicks a if you have a standard hose and your multiple air brush user.Um, you now have little gadgets badger has and my water has um so whatever brand you have they probably you know you can locate that gadget I can take any badger hose and just stick this on the end of it and it’s now Qd hose, so if I want to use multiple air brushes and just have to have one also don’t have to change every time a with it I can take stick this on the end this little cutie adapter. And then I can just take and stick my cutie’s in it actually.I guess it’s a better visual to do this way.Like such, so I can stamp this off with this one, so these are nice if your production painter want to become a production pain, you need to be changing air brushes a lot and again these are available for most of the major brands, same thing with the qt’s themselves I’m there available for pash A’s I wad as hotter steam becks badgers their chancellors of all the major brands.Let’s see if I missed any accessories that I wanna cover oh.This stuff. If you have a problem with tip drawing OK, this is called red gag needle juice that’s the badger brand super loop is the I wa to brand a of it, this is a material that is developed for coating the needle to minimize tip dry, it puts a coating on the needles, so the acrylic paints can’t stick to it okay and it’s called needle juice, ours is called rag dab needle juice. And if you notice right damage badger backwards okay, now I point this out for a very specific reason, because I want everyone knows my dear friend Gary glass who is the marketing director badger at the time we introduced this product thought that it would be cool to call it wreck dab because it was badger backwards Gary glass, my good friend gee man I do it is z current President of Iowa media so so you know who’s doing their marketing. So if you start seeing a lot of backwards and stuff Gary probably did so anyhow, um, but I want this super look, there’s blue because they want to color it, ours, is this industrial looking color and what it is it’s a non petroleum, non silicone based material, it just coats your needle and keeps paint from sticking to it.So, and it works you can go on any form and ask about it and people tell you this is a lifetime supply the way in case you’re wondering this site you actually use it.Yeah let’s see we’ll go with this guy here. You simply take your needle.Dip it into the needle juice, pull it out.Let that excess runoff.Like such, and just give it a nice little soft wipe down so there’s just a coating left-hander.Put it back in your brush. And the materials gonna stab the needle, it’s not gonna interact with your paint, but it is going to prohibit your paint from sticking a version now you’re ready to go and I tell people if you experience a fair amount of tip drive which usually happens in detail applications, more than any other application because you have to remember when you’re applying paint with an air brush you’re drying it while you’re applying it so just the whole principle that means you’re gonna clog air brushes okay if anyone tells you there verse never clogs they’re lying to you okay Vs clock, everyone in my ear Vs clock, don’t leave this room, thinking that if you buy a badger Vs not gonna clock because that is not the case, okay and the same old shoe for every brand of ambush, they all climb. So, um, the key is to find ways to minimize how frequently that happens because now clogging is a frustrating part of it okay and understand there’s a lot of things that factor into that it’s not the air brush all the time metric is probably not the approach, most of the time a lot of times it’s the paint it’s the air pressure it’s the environment, there are a lot of things come into play, but what I’m trying to do is give you information that helps you minimize how frequently that happens to you, so you can enjoy it rather than be frustrated by how often would you Rico your needle that I tell people about at about every four hours of actual spray type.So what I wanna do real quick is go through proper cleaning process for an air brush I am not an advocate of Dis, assembling your rush, it’s simply not necessary, okay I go to trade shows much like this, although Chung is demonstrating for me here I go to model railroad shows and paint boxcars and I’ll go all weekend I will never take my grocery cart. And people look at their watch and wait for me to take it apart don’t need to take it apart I just don’t ever let paints set up in a very important thing whenever you’re air brushing have a jarred cleaner at the ready okay we’re doing the gravity feed air brush first.Okay, so we want to urge our cleaner like this with a little top that enables us to dispense right into the air brush, so try this again load in just a couple drops of cleaner cuz all I wanna do right now, when I start out as spray testing.Okay.We’ve set this guy on the floor. So, he doesn’t fall off the table. And you can see if you look at against my sleeve there you should see the spray pattern expand and go back and forth as I moved the trigger back and forth, so we’re spraying okay. Now, in order to clean the air brush, you have the dirty hairbrush, so we’re just gonna load a little bit of painting here and now what I’m gonna do I want to get most of what’s in here out here, so the first thing I’m gonna do I still have some paint in the chamber. So I do want to spray that out.And I’m just gonna blast it full bore and get everything spread out that I can get sprayed out.Okay. I’m gonna take I’m gonna add a little cleaner just a few drops. And that’s so I can wet everything that’s inside of the cup. That I didn’t spray out because it was stuck to the side of the cup.I’m gonna take my cloth.I always want to have some paper towels or something. Nearby for this cleaning process, I’m just gonna take and give it a good spin to soak up as much as I can of what’s in there. It didn’t get out because of the spring. And you can see most of it’s gone okay, so now at this point I want to spray out one more time because I did push something back into the chamber, so I get that out.Now I’m gonna go with just a little more cleaner. You can see that cleaners a little bit dirty, that means I still got painted so we’re gonna do then I’m gonna take and spray that cleaner out.You get more of that stuff out of there.See, I’ve got all that cleaner out.Put in a little more cleaner, now, you can see it clean.I’m ready to go to my next color at this point, okay now if at this point I noticed that there’s still a fair amount of color in there it’s probably going to be a little bit troublesome for me, um, so it wouldn’t be a bad idea back flushing. And what I mean, by that and absolutely necessary when you don’t spray cleaner through the gun and let it set up in there a little bit, um, so you want to do something a little more thorough thorough back flushing it is this. It’s essentially suffocating the airflow. To force air back into the color chamber. And the way that’s done is you have a needle that’s sticking out of the front end so you want to be careful, you take a soft cloth like such and just press it right over the nozzle and pinch it.Okay, you wanna be careful not to bend the needle, and if you position that needle between your fingers won’t bend it, pinch it around and what we’re gonna do that’s gonna bubble back into the cup.Okay so we’re kind of regurgitate everything that’s sitting at nozzle back in there if we didn’t get it all out, now I don’t want to spray this through my air brush because I just got it out of there so I’m just gonna take and dump it out.On my cloth.Like such, then I’ll give my cup a good wipe.Ian shits pretty clean. And just to be sure we’ll put in a couple drops of cleaner. And you can see.At this point. This gun will spray just like we took it out of the box, okay now.If you do those two things you should never have to do anything else. You should not need to take part of your brush, okay, there’s no reason at this point I have everything out here, what else going to do by taking it apart.Um, but I understand there are instances that people forget to shoot cleaner threw their gun or don’t back flushing time, or you know they’re working and honey, can you come here to me and.You know, and you return two days later and there’s your brush with paint in it you’re gonna crack it happens. That’s the point at which you do Dis assembling your horse, you need to. Okay remember one thing paint sets up as fast in this air brush as it does on whatever you’re painting.Okay, so as fast as it dried down to here. This was all dry it wouldn’t dry here.Okay.Shoe cleaner through the gun okay if you ask yourself I just did a little bit I’m gonna come back in two seconds so you she plunged again, the answer is yes okay, you cannot shoot cleaner through your gun too frequently okay if you want to avoid Dis assembly and you know trying to figure out how to put it back together when you’re done shoot glitter through the gun and then you’ll never have to take it apart okay now in the instances where you do have to take it apart only take apart the parts that come in contact with paint. Okay, and on an internal mixed dual action gravity feed air brush, it’s from the point of paint entry forward which is from this color cup forward.Same thing with every air rush every brand whether you have a passion talent, whether you have an I wa to eclipse C I think is there gravity feed your point of entry is from here forward, those are the parts that you need to take off, if you have to do this assembly for cleaning no reason to take these guts off.Okay, if you got paint back here it’s because you either spilled it there or there’s a seal that’s gone bad that might need some factory analysis in order to correct.Okay.I don’t know. What does that mean. There are three components that come in contact with paint, one is the needle. Okay, take it out, you shut it down.Your next part is your nozzle assembly.HMM.One thing that I will talk about badger product it’s all finger tight assemblies, no wretchedness.Sorry, other guys.Um, dia.No hay truck, my competitors make good products okay if you ever want to know the different stuff on the table, take differences, we care more.Plain and simple, it is.I got no problem saying it because I’m the one who cares anyway. So I got my needle out.The other parts that come in contact with paint are my paint tip which I’m sure you can barely see their more yar.Okay. Am I spray regulator, which is the end piece of this two part assembly, it doesn’t really come in contact with paint but generally through the spray process, you’ll see some paint on the front end of it.Okay, so it it really doesn’t cause a problem, but if you can take it apart to clean it might as well do a good job with that as well, these parts now I keep the head assembly, the head and the spray regulator together on my cone nozzles, air brushes when I take it apart, these parts here.If I have an ultrasonic cleaner I’ll throw in there if I don’t a glass of effort it. Um will do the job takes blueberry stains off of teeth will take residual paid off of their brush parts, okay, my needle.I will inspect thoroughly and with a cloth saturated with my clean agent, give it a good rub down if there’s still something on here that I’m unable to get off through that process, the next thing I’ll do is run a good hot water trying to get the material to re-flow and then try to wipe it off if that does not work very fine steel wool.Okay, you will not change the dimension on this a diameter on this needle enough to corrupt the seal by using a fine steel wool rule that residual pain and when you’re working with the needle tip, you want to take care with it to do things between your fingers not in this manner in this manner.Okay.And again you’re usually gonna be pinching a cloth of some type, if you want to clean the needle tip I like to take and lay it into the cloth first and then pitch the cloth bought an inch down. And then spin it as I’m pulling it through, if I have a reason to do this assembly in my gun. Okay, at that point.I can take.A Q tip or something like that where the tip rest in here, if I see anything there that concerns me I can take and swirl, the q tip shouldn’t be necessary.Okay, because this part this flat here is what the tip seals against paint goes through here not around it. Okay, but if you want to give it a visual inspection, that’s fine make sure your cups cleaned out it should have been by this point anyhow before you get to this, this, this assembly now I’ve had several people at this event asked me about cleaning kits.I discourage them.Don’t use them okay, those cleaning kits have hard bristle brushes.Okay, if you take that hard bristle brush and you put a microscopic scratch right here. That seal between the tip and that body is now corrupted and your air brush will not work properly and it is one of the few things that cannot be repaired. Okay, because in order to get that scratch out you need to smooth it out and you’ve changed the dimension on this to the point that this will not make up properly with it.So you’ve essentially voided the warranty which is very difficult to deal with the bad Euro rush, okay, um, don’t mess around with cleaning tools shoot cleaner through your gun.To the point where you never need to be concerned about it so I’m not an advocate of those cleaning kids, sorry cleaning kid guys, but I mean I actually put it this way and hey I’m not a yankee or chin kind of guy all that is, is someone marketing something based on people’s ignorance.Okay, everyone of those they sell, there’s someone in a cashless going sucker.Okay, you don’t need those things don’t use them theyll do more damage to your verse and they’ll do good and that goes with AI AI why and maybe why it doesn’t feel this way of passionate you’ll damage your guns just as much as you will large by using those things I’m sorry, it’s plain and simple, 32 years experience, you know I know what I see I can tell when people use it when I get my guns back with nasty letters about how now with bubbles or doesn’t do this or or does that you know look at it, I’ll bring it back a letter that says use the cleaning kit on this, you know you corrupted as CEO I can’t fix it, so, um, just stay away from those things okay and I know there’s people on the forums and Youtube and stuff like that saying use them well.Don’t trust me they’re not gonna be the guy you send your air brushed too when it doesn’t work properly. Okay, at that point I should actually go through at that point I knew my reassembly and I always put my needle in first.We’ll.He says now I don’t tighten it into place I don’t type my needle Chuck here okay because I use my needle as a guide. For my tip, you can see the tips that down in there all the way, it is magically suspended. In there okay, so I still don’t take my needle, but I back it down now, so that my tip.And fall into the body, and then I can put my head. And we’re only gonna cover two where Russia’s real quick here and the second one goes much faster because I don’t go through all the assembly, this assembly because it’s pretty much the same, I’m just gonna show the back flush so you can see the difference between back flushing and bottom feed gravity feed now at this point everything’s in place, I’ll slide my needle forward don’t force, it just till it stops take my needle Chuck. And I should be.Good to go.You should be able to get to see the variance was pretty bad.Real quick.Bottom feet.Your bottom feeder brush user. You always have the following.Jarred cleaner handy. With a jar adapter attached to the top of it, okay.So we put some color through the gun get dirty.Okay, changing colors on the bottom feeder brush best thing to do if your bottom feed user is to have multiple jars with your colors jarred after China is the most efficient way to do it.Again I understand most of you here for what you’re doing bottom feed is probably not the direction we’d send it but okay take that off.Now we take our jar cleaner attached to the bottom. We take we shoot our cleaner through now, this is a little bit different in that. Pretty much once I do this.I’m gonna get.The rest of the brownout.Yeah.At some point, it’s gonna start coming through clear. Now back flushing with this gun and this is the most notable difference in the bottom feeder the gravity is this. When I back flushed my bottom feet gun.It requires a little bit more than my gravity, if you’ve got it in this regard, okay my back flushing process is the same I push down and I pull back, you see that bubbling into the jar, once I do this I have contaminated my cleaner okay, it is no longer my fresh clean a jar.Okay, it is my back flush jar and it is my back flush jar for the rest of time.Okay, you don’t need a second back flush job, okay, what you do need at that point is a second fresh clean a jar, it will always be your brush cleaner, after that, so with bottom feed air brushes, you need to cleaning reservoirs that’s the primary difference. And then after you back flush again, you don’t want to spray your back, flush material back through the gun.Check put your fresh cleaner on.And shoot it through. And you’re good to go.Any questions.Yes, the basic question of total earlier I tried to learn what do you recommend for area preparation as a revelation, you got to worry about or anything.Well, ventilation is an interesting thing, the point at which it’s most relevant and most of what you guys are doing is when you’re in the base coating part now. When when I use an air brush and I spray.I’m.Shortly after I spray it becomes dust pretty much about seven inches out becomes dust settles down.Okay, I’m sprinkles not a bad idea, okay at the very least the dust mask or respirator you’re working with water based non-toxic paint, but you have to understand that that standard. Is not set based on the strain of that material okay so you know in a heavy painting session and stuff, it’s not unreasonable to have a respirator or spray booth a autograph makes an excellent line of spray bulls, um, if you’re in the market for.Not a bad idea want to ventilate something like that outdoors, if possible I have seen setups were.AH.Um, guys, will set up a even corrugated boxes with computer fans and filters that Zara way now they don’t have ventilation sources run, um, uh, um, a dryer vent line into a five gallon pail. You know it’s you know your situation is partly going to be determined by you know your environment and what tools you have to work with and stuff but yeah any reasonable precautions that you can take take.On the other hand I know guys that are ninety years old and been sprayed paints with tallinn um, since they were twelve and they’re happy you know so yeah I mean I it’s the spray booth is a reasonable precaution, a respirator is a reasonable precaution.A at the very least dust mass a is a good idea. And where most gonna realize that is your base code.As your base coat is when you’re working with your broader spray patterns, you’re mostly airborne. A particle manners a nozzle is that universal if you get different nozzles give options, um that’s a good question, probably something I should have covered earlier because it is a common misnomer, um air brushes, a lot of Airbus brands have fine medium large one three five stuff like that your nozzle size, most people think it means it’s the fineness of the line that you create and that’s only part of the equation, it’s actually the lesser part of the equation and actually your first of the media that you should be putting through the air brush, okay, you’re one three your ones and your fines a our inks watercolors dyes, your your threes and your mediums are acrylics a enamels lacquer’s more pigmented properly reduce materials and then your largest tend to be acrylic latex stuff like that a little more viscous materials so so your nozzle size.Just tend to refer more to a the meeting input through network, now that being said the thing in the year 2012, you know that’s just possibly a top three most common questions, what size is your nozzle, most people don’t even know why they’re asking it but they’re asking it because that’s what’s been put out there that’s what I need to know is what sizes the nozzle OK, a point fifteen nozzle which is about the only thing you’ll get to go through it well on a recurring consistent basis is an anchor watercolor or die.Okay, you can get other things through it, but man you’re asking for a lot of frustration a unnecessary in my opinion based on you know that the the slightest difference, you get in adaptation, a that air brush doesn’t seem to want the amount of frustration that you have getting things that aren’t designed to go through that air brushed you go through a point, 21 isn’t too far off.
